Here at Emma & Grace Bridal, our team looks a little different than other retail boutiques. We are a family! A family that is not interested in working JUST for a paycheck, but also in helping our customers, coworkers, and community!  We are looking for people who have heart, value goodness, and put others above themselves. Individuals that have drive and are determined to do everything with excellence. Each position has a specific skill set that we are looking for, but first and foremost we are looking for someone that will thrive and contribute to the Emma & Grace culture and team. Bridal Stylist: 

At our studio we stand for re-writing the rules of bridal. We strive to create an environment where brides can be anything they want to be! As a bridal stylist you will partner with brides to help them find the dress that makes them feel amazing and beautiful. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic and some previous sales or retail experience. Saturdays are mandatory.

Some of the bridal stylist tasks will include:

  • working directly with brides from beginning to end
    • greeting and interacting with brides, families, and friends
    • creating a relationship of trust with the bride
    • using our customer service guidelines to take a bride through a bridal appointment and ultimately help her find her dress
    • memorizing product information
    • styling brides- jewelry, accessories, undergarments etc. 
    • communicating with brides over the phone and email
    • assist in creating a calm and laid back atmosphere
  • We are a small business so other responsibilities will include
    • answering phones
    • receiving merchandise and gowns
    • maintaining the studio
    • general customer service tasks
    • assisting the team where ever is needed 

 

Receptionist: 

Our receptionist is the first person that our customers interact with, and because of that we are looking for someone that is welcoming, enthusiastic, and organized. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic and can multitask. Saturdays are mandatory.

Some of the receptionist tasks will include:

  • running our front dest
    • greeting and interacting with brides, families, and friends
    • answering the phone and email
    • communicating with stylists 
    • assisting stylists and seamstresses 
    • bringing calm and organization into chaotic moments
    • receiving merchandise and gowns
    • maintaining the studio
    • general customer service tasks
    • assisting the team where ever is needed 
    • efficient on Mac products
